The warmest welcome to all those that find this small space of the internet I like to call mine…created by me, with love, just for you.

This business, this adventure, has been 7 years in the making. Born from a time and place I never thought I would find myself, initiating a journey I never would have actively chosen. Sometimes the universe has to put you firmly on the path you’d never be brave enough to choose willingly!

But I trust it wholeheartedly and with the gift of hindsight, it’s now a path I’d choose over and over again.

Sometimes you really do need to break in order to be rebuilt into the version of you that you were destined to be.

And so here I am, and now here you are too. For that, I am ever grateful.

My hope is that you find something amongst these pages that speaks to you, that offers you the support, knowledge and guidance you seek to begin your own journey back to you.

It's my soul purpose to inspire and hold space for women who find themselves in need of self realignment - whether you are just starting out, finding your feet or looking for a cheerleader along the way....simply put: I am here for all your self-connection needs.
